Short Workouts! Part 1

It’s the holidays!! Some of us are traveling, some of us are moving, it is just a really tough time to keep up consistent workouts!

Remember not to be to hard on yourself. Any workout, even a short one, is better than none at all. With that in mind, I’m attaching some 10 minute (give or take) videos you can access and do when you are pressed for time. I will add more as we move through the season. Enjoy!
