Sitting still…it’s just not for me.
While waiting for some downloads, I picked up a nearby weight and created this upper body toning series that can be done right in your chair! It felt so great I though I’d share it with you all. I did three sets, and would recommend 1-4. Whatever you have time for!
I think this series would also be amazing on a stability ball. Have fun and let me know if you do it!
