Lower Body and Balance! 1/11

From the smallest to the biggest, balance exercises incorporate just about every muscle in the lower body. In addition, balance training may protect you from suffering a devastating fall. There are so many reasons why I love a good balance series!

This workout features one of my favorites! Moderate to heavy weights needed as well as a yoga block. If you don’t have a block, a pillow or rolled up blanket will work too.
